Bees wax wraps

Talofalava blogging world ,

Did you know that this month is plastic free July? in our class we have
been looking at the plastic in our classroom and the plastic and the plastic rubbish that we created.
we've  also been learning about how our plastic rubbish impacts.

To help reduce the amount of single use plastic (like cling film) that we throw away, we had a go at making some beeswax wraps. Bees wax warps are good for our environment because they can bee refuse
again and again.
  1. choose  a fabric that is 100% cotton.

  2. Cut the fabric into a square.

  3. Sprinkle the beeswax on the fabric.

  4. Sprinkle the backing paper fabric.

  5. Iron it until it melts.

  6. Peel off the backing paper.

  7. then Peel off the fabric.

  8. Shake the fabric in the air until it cools down.
